"The staff are so welcoming and went above and beyond. Really helped my wife out with medical needs. So polite and willing to help. The breakfast was fresh and veried. Traditional Chinese foods but also some normal breakfast items to keep kids happy. Also provide an afternoon tea with traditional treat but also have popcorn and candy floss. A great addition. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this for anyone to try. Worth every penny"

"Has laundry machine inside. It's a bit tricky to figure out how to use the dryer, its one unit combo washer and dryer , not 2 separate machines. So best check with lobby if you are not sure :) Room is comfy and clean, has all the amenities needed "

We also had an issue with housekeeping not doing a great job making up our room. The bed would be lumpy and on one occasion it was made over a bathrobe instead of moving the bathrobe to make the bed.
