"Fenchihu Hotel was perfect for our overnight to Alishan. The staff was excellent and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had proper arrangements to see the Alishan Sunrise and even helped us coordinate our trip to Sun Moon Lake. We loved it!"

"Clean room and great location, close to a lot of nearby attractions like Fenqi Lake, walking trails, tea tasting and Sakura blossoms (in Feb to March). delicious breakfast with homemade eggs, chicken, mashed potato, fries, porridge, coffee, soy milk, bread, etc. walking distance to a great sunrise spot. I will be thinking of the hot pot dinner, lots of delicious homegrown mountain veggies. Staff are super friendly."

"This property feels more like a youth hostel than a proper hotel. The house is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of Taiwanese dishes. However, arriving by public transport means a steep uphill hike. Rooms are bare-bones: just a floor mattress as a bed, a single ceiling light, a low shelf and a basic shower stall. It's significantly overpriced for what it offers."

"Everything here is good! Good location, it is nearby 伊達邵 where we can buy food street. Just few minutes walk, we can reach the pier where we can book for boat ride. The room is very big and clean. There is balcony with partial lake view. We can have fresh air. The room is well equipped with electronic control. We just need to press few button to switch on the light and curtain. The bathtub is very big, we can have hot bath every day. The car park is just downstairs in the same building. We won’t...

"We came to Zen and Pine Resort to hike Mt. Yushan. Although that wasn’t possible due to road closure, on the manager’s advice, we instead visited nearby Sun Moon Lake and hiked Mt. Shuishe, which was amazing and rescued our whole trip. I can’t say enough good things about the management of this property.
