"Perfect location for 5 days of family activities. Washer Dryer came in very handy. The 2 bedroom rooms were great for our family group. We didn’t make much use of the kitchen but could have and did appttthe big refrigerator. Nice to have a mini mart at the hotel. Breakfasts were a great start to the day. Kids loved the waffles."

"Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply"

"Happy with my stay here. Booked last minute and was upgraded to a bigger room. The staff was wonderful the entire time if I had a question. They even allowed an extra hour to check out without fee. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC was kind of fussy, would turn off randomly and not get down to the set temperature. There were some stains on the walls, and other signs of wear across the room but generally seemed clean."

"room is compact but clean and comfortable. Location is very good, the airport bus from ICN stop directly outside the hotel, as well as the metro. Check-in and out are done via a kiosk. The listing states if you arrive late to request 'special instructions' but as long as you have the door code there are no special instructions. There are no staff onsite except during the day to clean, and to stock up snacks for guests in common area. You must request housecleaning otherwise your room wont be...

"Esta súper céntrico… tiene en la puerta del hotel estación de Metro, parada de lumisine del aeropuerto, bus, tienda de ropa, cosméticos, zonas históricas… todo conecta con el hotel. La habitación auuque pequeña está muy limpia y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo!!"
