"Great stay and restaurants were good. Service was excellent. The only thing I highly disliked was the use of too much air fresheners/perfume in the rooms and all through out the hotel. So strong it would make me nauseous sometimes.. definitely dial down the use of fake fragrances that smell chemically."

"I loved the beach and the pool, also all the staff was very helpful from the minute we walked in to check out until the minute we checked out, everyone was very helpful Out male room attendant was very good and had everything done for us H was very respectful and did out room great! Also we had Mohamed that checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed."

"Great hotel, plenty of space, lovely pools, our favourite was the adult only relax pool, staff so helpful and friendly. Will put the towels on your sunbed for you, drinks brought round for you, even without asking! Never had a problem finding a sunbed. Very clean, beautiful grounds, good choice of restaurants to eat in, all food is really good, with a lot of choice. Will defo come back"

"Other than I had to climb 92 stairs to get to my room and the shower is small I liked the place. I had a great view of the water from my room. I had breakfast and dinner included with my stay. It's easy to have them call a taxi for you. They have an airport shuttle too. Right on the beach at a very reasonable price. Everyone was nice and very helpful, I travel by myself and can run into problems. I will use Umbi again next time I'm in Sharm El Sheikh"

"Struttura deliziosa, molto carina. Tenuta bene. Personale nella media gentile, essendo una meta molto gettonata da italiani mi aspettavo magari piu personale in grado di parlare italiano, ma anche in inglese andava bene. Cibo particolare, a volte buono a volte un po meno, ma penso che cambia solo da come cucinato. Pulizia stanze perfetta. Visual stanza bellissima sia interna che sul balcone "

"Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. "2 restaurants closed. Lifts were shut. Air con swtched off in bar. It seems they sre desperately trying to save money. Well they have just made my conditions 50 times worse. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. STAFF LOVELY. AND HELP A LOT. "

"Amazing staff, so helpful and attentive. Music at the beach and pool got a little too much by the end but fine if you like a party lol. Lovely room and dining options, beach area is perfect, but the staff are what really make the whole experience amazing."
