Welcome to the Willows, an exclusively elegant home, beautifully designed and expansive property offering delightful accommodation for 6 guests in truly luxurious style. Cloaked in ancient woodland and nestled in an exclusive community in the estate grounds of Dollarbeg Castle, this rural retreat is the perfect base to enjoy the history, rugged scenery, wildlife, sports and traditions of Scotland. The Willows is the perfect Scottish hideaway.

The Willows is a beautiful, architect-designed single-storey residence, sumptuously fitted and furnished throughout. Accommodation is offered in three large bedrooms – a luxurious master bedroom with dressing room and shower room, a second king-sized room with en-suite and a sophisticated twin bedroom. The fully-equipped family bathroom is the ultimate in luxury. The house has a tremendous feeling of space with light, airy rooms, 10’ high ceilings and truly superb living and entertaining spaces. A large bright reception hall leads to the warm and welcoming drawing room with beautiful fireplace and patio doors. The comfortable formal dining room leads, via double glass doors, to the wonderful spacious Garden Room with underfloor heating and sumptuous sofas, from which to admire the beautiful and expansive gardens. The very-well equipped kitchen-dining room offers an abundance of solid cherry units with all granite work surfaces and a large informal dining table. The utility/boot room leading from kitchen has full washing and drying facilities. All bathroom and shower rooms have beautiful Porcelanosa fixtures.

Words cannot describe how great of a stay we had. The property was beyond beautiful. The location was perfect. Dollar was a wonderful little town, and Stirling definitely lived up to its reputation. Having parking for two vehicles and a washer and dryer were an added bonus. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

This was a comfortable, cozy yet spacious and beautiful home away from home, in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. It is in a central location, not too far from Edinburgh or Glasgow. The sun room is a wonderful place to hang out in and the kitchen was well supplied. Would love to stay here again!

A beautiful home in a safe, quiet community

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this luxurious home in a great community. It is extremely well equipped for a large group with plenty of room and a well appointed kitchen. If you are exploring by car, it's easy to get in and out to the surrounding areas with plenty to explore. We drove down to picturesque Culross on the coast in Fife (about 25 minutes), golfed at Gleneagles (about 30 minutes) and went over to tour around the grounds at St Andrews (about an hour away). The host was readily available all through our stay with helpful info on the area and even assisting us trying to figure out how to work one of the outside doors the first evening. We only had a few days to explore but we look forward to returning to a beautiful part of Scotland!

Spacious, pleasant house in a beautiful garden.

The house is in the center of important historic sites in the East of Scotland, making your stay easy. The house has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of bathrooms, the beds are comfortable, etc. The garden room invites you to socialize and enjoy the surroundings at the same time. We look back on a good time in a very pleasant house.

Lovely stay at Dollarberg

We had a great stay. The house was very cosy and comfy and had everything we needed. Lovely quiet area and a beautiful garden where we saw red squirrels and lots of birds.

This beautiful property exceeded our expectations. Completely comfortable, wonderfully romantic, with high end finishes. Owner and manager were available anytime (though we never had any issues). We highly recommend Kris and this fantastic property.

Spotless, Peaceful, Perfect!

From the moment we booked to our last day, Kris and Julie made us feel so welcomed! The home is as beautiful as the pictures and the location is in in a peaceful area. All the amenities you need are there and the welcome basket was a sweet touch. This is a wonderful place to spend time with friends, relax, and use as a base for exploring this lovely part of Scotland. We loved every moment of our time here and hope to be back. Highly recommend!
