"All staff couldn’t have been more helpful, from assisting with the birthday setup in the room to the spa staff who noticed it was my partner’s birthday and gave her a little treat; it meant a lot to us both that the small details were noticed and we couldn’t have been more grateful"

"I had a wonderful stay at Shaza hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable visit.
