"The heater/air conditioner was very loud and interferred with sleeping. Also, the television wasn't working properly, the audio and video went in and out regularly. But when I shared that with the front desk I was disappointed that they said it's a known problem there in the whole property. My concern is that they seemed to be nonchalant when I told them, didn't apologize, in any way, and didn't say that they were talking actions to resolve it. "

The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. "Never realized I was booking such a low end budget hotel. Because I'm traveling with my pet I needed a pet friendly hotel. This hotel smelled so bad of urine, and the smell of old un-maintained conditions. There were ants in the kitchen and roach traps in the cupboards with a roach stuck on it. Cigarette butts all over the ground at one of the exit doors. Not sure if some people rent the rooms & live there, but it was awful. I even took pictures of it. "This is the second time I have stayed here for 2 weeks. Everyone here is extremely friendly and take care of their guests well. What stood out to me is the Manager in charge is always there to help out guests and his staff and always has a smile on his face. "We had a great experience that very easily could have gone very bad. Our room we had booked was no longer available when we arrived. We got in at 2am from a flight with 3 young children, so heading out room wasn't available was hard. The lady at the desk was very kind and offered us 2 different options for different rooms at no extra charge and we received a complimentary breakfast for us all the next morning for our troubles.
