"The room was clean, staff were friendlly, what there was of it. Did not use business center, too cold to use pool. We chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant, arcade for kids and hot breakfast. Hot breakfast was next door at the Hampton but good. Arcade was a pool table (nothing for younger kids) and no restaurant; also no room service, no information of any kind in the room, and the bar was closed Friday through Monday morning. No one at guest services at night, just the hotel...

"The bed was awful. There was a gigantic hole/dip in the queen bed that made it simply unmanageable to sleep in. The rooms were full, so we couldn't move.
