"Maybe it’s just a victim of its location but this place is pretty sketchy. The rooms are nice enough but it’s not a friendly place to stay."

"I had a very late check in and they were awesome and hotel was clean"

"El Lugar está aceptable es como de paso , está limpio y cerca del aeropuerto pero nada especial"

"Very good staff! Very clean- the only complaint is there was a frequent and long-lasting beep which I think was coming from one of the rooms nearby."

"Very nice hotel! Wish there was more options for restaurants in the hotel."

"Very update and chic rooms with amazing comfy bed and rain shower type bathing - feels very upscale. My only downsides- you can hear neighbouring rooms and hallway, the heating cooling system is dated- can wake you up when it comes on, and the parking situation is very very tight whennnn they even have room"

"The property itself was not bad, but the hallways were cluttered with construction materials, and the overall building appeared old and worn. On a positive note, the room was clean and well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The main issue during our stay was the noise. Out of the three nights we stayed, two nights were very noisy due to guests coming and going at all hours, yelling, talking loudly, and slamming doors until very late of the night. One highlight...

"Room was missing chairs. In the morning the cleaning staff came into the room without knocking first"

"A great time! Especially love the hot tub and pool. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Vlt lounge"

"very good no complaint.."

"Very clean hotel, was great to have the restaurant and tavern on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower was lukewarm at best. Otherwise was great!"
