Disappointing experience
I had to cancel my stay due to unforeseen circumstances and contacted the booking platform ahead of time to request a cancellation. Despite taking the proper steps, I was still charged — and unexpectedly faced additional fees. I never stayed at the hotel but ended up being billed anyway. The entire experience was frustrating and left me feeling very dissatisfied. I hope the hotel can improve its customer service and booking policy in the future.
