"There appears to be a big problem with ventilation-rooms on the 1st & 2nd floor are damp, with LOTS of condensation on the windows-clothing, sheets & towels in the room were damp the whole 4 days of our stay. There are dehumidifiers in the hallway but that didn’t help the rooms. The breakfast really could have used some variety-i.e. different types of donuts & bagels; and the pool was not working-BIG disappointment"

"The room was clean however the air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms and we had to be moved to another room away from the rest of the family. The other room the tv was so dim that we couldn’t see anything. Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area.
