"貴館明文規定全館禁菸，但實際入住時，電梯內仍可聞到明顯煙味，多間客房亦殘留菸味，部分甚至像是剛有人吸菸後不久，與禁菸政策存在落差。這樣的情況也反映出，仍有部分房客明知禁菸規定卻未遵守，影響其他旅客的住宿品質，實在令人遺憾。
所幸服務人員的態度良好且有耐心，協助更換至無菸味的客房，讓我得以順利過夜，這一點非常值得肯定。希望未來能加強禁菸規定的落實與管理，讓守規矩的旅客能有更好的住宿體驗。"

"Hotel is right on the busy Main Street lots of traffic and nearby shops. Staffs are very nice. Room is little small but good for business travelers. Bed was ok and the breakfast was not many selections. Ok to stay just one night and recommend to drive around. The only downside is there had no onside parking. Had to park nearby high school campus that is about 5 mins by walk from the property. "

"房間整體都不錯，就是地上感覺有點沒掃乾淨的樣子，光腳走在房間地板腳底有點髒😅，房間有很多螞蟻出現，第一次住飯店在房間看到有螞蟻出現，因為沒吃完的食物用袋子綁起來放在桌上，出門回來發現整個桌上都是螞蟻有點嚇到，除了這兩點以外其他的感受都是良好的，櫃檯人員也很親切"

"I felt the staff at the front desk need to be more courteous and patient with professional training. The staff said I am not the guest there with impatient attitude when my relative came to the front desk twice to looking for me in the morning on/about 7:30 am on my check out date. At that moment , coincidentally, I came out the front desk elevator and witnessed the situation. "
