"What a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I was staying there for a wedding and we arrived on a warm spring day. When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look. The man who checked us in arrived and gave a new set of keys and upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge! It was a very kind thing to do. "We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."
