"Super friendly staff, who are supporting and helping their guests. The rooms were absolutely tidy and clean, as well as spacious. The communication before and after the stay was great. The hotel is located outside the city center next to a busy road, so best solution is to take a bus or rent a bike from the hotel (plus: it is for free!) to the city center."

"Short stay in Ljubljana the hotel was located in a residential area but was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. I managed to forget a bag and reception kept it safe and then Aljaz for the customer service team engaged with me to have me reunited with my bag by courier - he was professional helpful and a credit to the hotel. We would stay here again "

"The rooms are confortable and spacious, with two windows. Just behind a McDonald which turned out useful for a morning coffee, although the room had a boiler, cups and glasses. I think the hotel could avoid changing towels when not necessary, or ask guests to leave them on the floor if they wish a a new set. We did not need a new set for a two day stay. We try to be environmentally as friendly as possible. Same goes for the heating in the room: excessive. Even with windows open it was kinda hard...

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"Nice, safe neighborhood. Fairly long, 30 minute walk into town so a little bit more challenging to access the tourist areas. Staff was very helpful and friendly although check-in was at a different location than our apartments. Easy parking. Good jumping off point for areas around Ljubljana (Lake Bled, Postojna, etc)."

"I was very hot in my bunk, they need better AC. I woke up sweating multiple times but for the price it is hard to complain, if there was better AC and ventilation this place would be an easy 5 stars. Also there’s a security camera right above the stalls in the WC, I found that very very strange and didn’t like that at all. "
