"A wonderful stay
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The check-in process was quick and efficient with the help of Leo and Zen in the check in counter.
The room was beautifully designed and decorated.
The location was perfect, just 15 minutes taxi distance (~10-15 RMB)to all attractions
Overall, my experience at UrCove Shantou was fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future. "

"I encountered problems during the check-in as the front desk could not find my booking. The staff Mr Dancer WU was patiently helping me to find out the problem after I showed the booking confirmation by my mobilephone. After his effort, Mr WU and his colleagues finally found my booking and successfully checked in for me. Mr WU even upgraded my room. "其實這間不是酒店，只係民宿。地點不錯，房間設施和裝置都不錯，尤其是有一個小小喝茶休息的地方。唯一就是：房間有很多不明來歷的小蟲。晚上開燈後，尤其會見到很多，有些會飛，有很多在白色床單上。向職員投訴後，他們都有用蚊怕水，殺蟲水，蚊香去幫忙處理，但無法把它們撲滅。噴完殺蟲水蚊怕水之後一大堆的屍體就在地上。我們覺得蟲從房中的木頭出來，職員帶師傅驗證後，亦確實此事。職員其實有立刻幫忙，只係無法撲滅飛蟲。在這酒店有兩晚無法入睡，令我無法享受假期。回家後，亦驚見有一隻飛蟲在我的旅行袋裏面的衣服上，我真的受不了。雖然酒店有些少的金錢上的賠償，但係心靈上的不安是無法補救。"
