"I made a reservation for dinner at the regular Loews hotel through the front desk of the actual hotel I stayed at. I’m not sure how but they didn’t have it when my friends went to check and drop off the cake. I have the confirmation text and everything so that was irritating. We were able to get in still, there was only 6 of us but I feel as though that wasn’t ok. Other than that, everything was good. "

"When we got to the front desk, the lady that helped get us checked in was so kind. She was very informative, but what really set her apart, was how she was so kind to my daughter and gave her a stuffed animal. Everything was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. Plus a great view! "

"The room was very nice, clean, and rennovated to standard. All of the double bed rooms are in the same room, to which I was not expecting, so if you think it in seperate rooms they will not be. so be careful of how you select the double beds with the difference of room dimensions. They are all the same. Without any privacy, overall I can say the one night I stay was good."

"Clean room, Extremely comfy Beds, and the Front desk clerk was beyond exceptional!!! The very pretty African American lady that worked the front desk deserves a raise for her positive attitude and empathy and consideration she showed while checking me in! Her encouragement and sincerity she showed was needed. Only Con I had was the carpet in the hallway going down the hallway to the room, it's difficult to wheel in a wheelchair. But other than that amazing hotel."

"Property was really nice and decorated beautifully. My only issue was that the pool was out of order for most of my stay and all of the entertainment in the hotel shut down at 9pm which was really early. "

"We enjoyed a weekend away with our three kids and found this hotel to be a perfect place to stay. I especially loved the sparkly countertops, fitness room, swimming in the pool with my family, and the delicious breakfast. The beds were also very comfortable. 10/10!! "

"Just book it! My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff is very professional and attentive, the pool has a bar with staff walking around taking orders, and the rooms have been completely remodeled with luxurious modern finishes and look beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again."
