"Excelente comunicación y ubicación de new Cairo"

"very clean, nice people there."

"Very friendly staff clean also offered laundry service. Myself and my family would stay here again"

"Although new Cairo is a residential spot without many atractions, this hotel allows a 5 star experience isolated from the noise and inconvenience of central Cairo. The rooms are clean and spatious. The breakfast is also fine. I would only complain about club lounge which is almost closed and empty."

"Wifi is an issue for the building and it wasn’t stable At all ."

"Due to a maintenance problem, I was offered to change rooms. The hotel was proactive and offered compensation for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. The staff is constantly asking if everything is satisfactory, which gives the guest the opportunity to bring something to their attention and for the hotel to rectify it, if necessary."

"It's a great experience but far from where you can get some needs"

"I loved the hotel , the staff were friendly."

"La habitacion limpia y el personal muy amable"

"Todos nos atendieron muy bien, especialmente la recepcionista que inclusive nos ayudó a pedir nuestro transporte e hizo más de lo indispensable. La verdad fue un servicio excepcional"
