"We were impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that the house was warm and comfortable.The crockery/cutlery were lovely quality and we were very pleased with all the extras such as handwash: toilet rolls:Washing up liquid: cooking oil/condiments etc.The sitting room was particularly cosy with the flame effect gas fire.All in all it is a great place to stay and couldn’t be moreconvenient for walking into town. Thank you"

"very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way"

"The location is superb, very near the market and town centre but still quiet. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. Excellent bathroom with superb shower. There is a lovely little back garden with table and seating for alfresco dining and there is an efficient and easy to use heating system with a wood burning g stove, which we did not have to use this time.The property is clean and tidy throughout. "Bevan's House is a superb stay in Mid Wales. Located in between Lhandridod Wells and Builth Wells, it's a nice getaway if you're looking for a rural quiet area.The ace card of the property is the all day heated hot tub (which has a roof over it to use in all weathers). "Beautiful little cottage, very cosy, with everything there that you needed to make it home from home. Spotlessly clean and in a great location to walk into Ludlow and explore the town. We knew the area well anyway but loved visiting many pubs, the brewery is an amazing place for a drink. Easy to get the train, we did and visited Hereford and Leominster, places we know well but nice to do it as a day out and stop for coffee or a beer without worrying about driving.
