LO IMPORTANTE ESTÁ EN EL INTERIOR

El aspecto exterior es peor de lo que en realidad te encuentras luego. La limpieza y el orden, muy positivos y el trato por parte del chico joven de la recepción, EXCELENTE. Fue encantador y exquisitamente amable.

Booked as it was only hotel available for the date we needed. Clean but rooms still a work in progress they are getting there and breakfast was continental and OK. Definitely still a work in progress but the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Waverley Inn has easy walk ability to the museum and dining opportunities. We had fish and chips at the Mallard which were delicious. Parking was easily available.
This was the blackout curtain in my room. Someone had ripped a section of it out so that the sun - when it came up at 4:30am was illuminating the room.

Wouldn’t recommend, not cleaned properly, worst mattress I’ve ever slept in, bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, smell of damp everywhere and bathroom ceiling covered in mould, shower held on with electrical tape

Needed a quick overnight place to sleep. The room was nice but the sheets needed to be changed, there was a tick in my bed, and the trash hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. The owners need to hire more people and pay them a decent wage to do the work needed. One full time employee and a couple of part time workers doesn’t cover the needs of the hotel. The poor young man was trying his best to meet the needs of all the guests but I could tell he was exhausted.

Great cheap and cheerful place, fantastic staff

This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but saying this everything is functional, and usable. As I say, it’s a grant wee handy place to stay, and friendly staff! Hopefully will pop back sometime soon.

Spacious clean room, & microwave available in hall

I spent one night at the Waverley Inn in Dingwall, while heading back from a work trip. PROS: friendly staff, clean and spacious room and bathroom, wifi works well, free parking available, excellent value for money, and there's the chance to use a microwave oven in the dinning-hall. Special mention for the microwave oven, I wish more hotels and guest houses offered that option! Cons: on the day I was there, the tv (and tv remote) didn't work; but wifi worked well. The only annoying thing was the overwhelming smell of air freshener in the room and bathroom. I had to keep the window open in my room for over an hour to get rid of the chemical smell. Once I changed the air, it was all good.

When we arrived we were checked in promptly and shown to our which looked fine until we turned the tv on which to our surprise our tv was not working and could not connect to internet the staff moved us to a different quickly and we were happy until we saw mold on our bathroom ceiling, and no place to hang our stuff while also the room was cold until we discovered the heating which took us a minute to adjust accordingly Breakfast was okay with toast and cereal but the orange juice was as old as our renters which was disappointing but overall we got what we paid for Cheap,efficient and bland

I have booked three rooms for our employees. Room 1 The room wasn't cleaned at all. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, a dirty toilet, cans, and rubbish in the room. I had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Room 2 Bed bugs! - Our employee was bitten by bedbugs and ended up at the doctor's office. He received four days of treatment. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. There was fungus on the sealing. The towel was worn and frayed, more like a rag. Room 3 The guest had to change the bedding by himself. In general, the smell of dampness everywhere They should have left instead of dealing with all of this. It was unacceptable.

The room was booked for two people. There was only one towel and no hand towel to dry hands with. The coffee/tea area had one package of creamer opened, but sitting in the bowl with the others, plenty of sugar packs and one EMPTY coffee pack, no tea. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I am confused: Some things are good, Some things are bad. Bed bugs, i haven’t seen, bad vacuüm cleaning i have seen. Toilet reservoir took minutes to fill up again. Nice shower stuff, water hot/cold good, but Fungus on the kit edges is present. Also the rusted bathroom stuff i have seen: Why? Breakfast: problably a UK issue no cheese and/or ham present.
