This is a 2nd floor, 1br, 1ba unit that sleeps four comfortably and is on the banks of Lake Dillon. You will have a fully stocked kitchen that makes dining and entertaining easy. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

You will be ideally situated between some of the best ski resorts in Colorado. You will have easy drives to Keystone (9min, 5.4mi), Arapahoe Basin (15min, 11mi), Breckenridge (26min, 15mi), Copper Mountain (19min, 13.8mi), and Vail (36min, 32mi). And, after a long day outside, you can use our sauna or Jacuzzi to warm up and relax.

It's an easy walk to the Dillon Marina. During the summers, this is a great location to go sailing, kayaking, or standup paddleboarding. You can rent boats or take lessons at the Dillon Marina, and there are kayaking/SUP rentals nearby.

Dillon also offers a summer sunset concert series at the Dillon Amphitheatre. These are a 'must do' when you stay in Dillon. The short walk to the amphitheater will be worth the experience of watching the sun set in the background as you enjoy the live music.

You will also be right on the Frisco - Keystone recreational bike path. Rides on the bike paths to either Frisco or Keystone are scenic. And, if you're adventurous or want a challenge, you can take the trail to Breckenridge or ride Loveland Pass.

Nice place. Bring your own coffee and shower toiletries

Nice little place on the lake. Clear communications from the owner. Might be the first vacation rental we’ve stayed in that didn’t have coffee or shower toiletries, so make sure to bring your own.

What a great place! I'll be back!

This property was so comfortable, cozy, and what a gorgeous view! Every morning the sun would light up the tops of the mountains & the birds would land in the tree right next to the balcony. What a nice way to start the day. The view, nice accomodations, and a wonderfully comfortable bed made this such a perfect place to stay. Fireplace, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and pool table really make this place special. It's close to everything in Summit County. With family in the area, I'm surely coming back.

Great Place to Stay in Summit County

East Bay 200 was a real pleasure during our Christmas stay in Dillon. It is well located for access to necessary shopping and to winter sports activities at Keystone, Breckenridge and the Frisco Nordic Center. Since Dillon is already west of the Eisenhower tunnel, access to areas further west is much easier. The view of the bay and the mountains from the deck was very nice. For a winter visit, the covered (underground) parking was a real blessing since we never had to worry about cleaning the car or shoveling to get out for activities. The apartment itself has a nice layout, is attractively furnished, and includes a fully equipped kitchen. Also included is entertainment equipment including TV, DVD player, etc. We did not get a chance to take advantage of the club house access that is included. We would definitely come back to East Bay 200 for our next visit to Summit County.

Great little condo!

Booked here because of it's close proximity to Dillon Amphitheater and it was perfect! It was probably about about a 15 minute walk to the venue and it's a short drive to many great restaurants, bars and activities. Super cozy place, stylishly decorated, great views from inside or on the deck and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely book again!

Lovely Condo

Very comfortable accommodations with a beautiful view of the Dillon Reservoir and mountains. Convenient location for hiking and bike riding or going into Breckenridge for shopping and dining. The host was very conscientious.

Awesome location!

We were able to ski four different mountains during our stay here. It was also SO private and peaceful. I heard our neighbors exactly one time. The laundry was just down the stairs, the covered parking was clutch, the fireplace was so cozy, and the owner was very responsive when we had questions.

Very scenic location just off of Dillon's reservoir. We were able to walk to and from the amphitheater on a bike path. Very serene, very enjoyable. I hope to be able to visit their frequently.

The condo is very comfortable. More than enough dishes, glassware, and cookware. I especially loved the extra sink in the bedroom. I loved that there is dedicated parking in the underground garage but walking up the 32 steps was very difficult for me.

Property location was great as we had people skiing at different locations. Easy to get to and close to stores and shopping. Property was comfortable and fit three of us perfectly. Michael answered my questions quickly. We will consider this location again.

Nice and clean. Needed more towels, as only 2 and 2 washcloths for a place that sleeps four. Simple, clean and bright. Couch bed was very comfortable.

Great location, quiet condo, beautiful views!

Condo was super quiet & private, located at the end of building on top floor. We used hot tub & laundry facilities, had all to ourselves! Location is perfect, we’ve staying in Frisco twice but now love Dillion, much quieter. Condo was well equipped, if I had to be picky would have loved to have a large throw blanket & luggage rack! We had a great stay! Thanks again!

Best Lodging in Summit County!

We love this place. We have chosen to stay here several times and are never disappointed. The condo is super clean and well appointed, and there us a million-dollar view out the large patio door/windows and the deck. A nice patio set and gas grill on the airy deck are a big plus. We bring our own kayaks and bikes. We can be on the water or the bike path in one minute. Absolutely amazing. Easy walking access to the Dillon farmers market and shows at the amphitheater. Oener Michael is a super-host who wants his guests to have a great stay. Come to this East Bay condo - you won't be disappointed.
