Welcome to Lake Cliffe B305, a cozy mountain getaway hosted by Great Western Lodging in the heart of Dillon, Colorado. This inviting condo features a warm and comfortable living space complete with plush furnishings and a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Rockies. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen and dining space, making it easy to gather for meals and evenings together. Both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements and private en-suite bathrooms, creating added convenience and privacy for guests. After a day of skiing, hiking, or boating, unwind in the primary bathroom’s steam shower for the ultimate mountain retreat experience. Large windows and the unbeatable location near Lake Dillon make this condo an ideal home base for every season in Summit County.

The property offers convenient access to walking paths, free Summit Stage transportation, downtown Dillon, and endless outdoor recreation opportunities surrounding Lake Dillon. Guests also have access to the community fitness center during the clubhouse remodel.

Located just steps from Dillon Marina and the Dillon Amphitheatre, this condo places you in one of Summit County’s most desirable year-round destinations. Enjoy boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, biking, concerts, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance, while world-class skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and Vail are all within an easy drive.

UNFORTUNATELY, AT THIS TIME, THE COMPLEX CLUBHOUSE, WITH POOL AND HOT TUB, IS CLOSED UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST. THE FITNESS CENTER IS OPEN FOR GUEST ACCESS DURING THE REMODEL.

Awesome Apartment, Dysfunctional Office Staff

The apartment was clean and comfy, and the view outside was amazing. Parking was right out front and was so close to all the mountains we wanted to ski. Dillon, Silverthorne, and frisco were all very cool areas. We enjoyed the stay. However the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. The property management company

Great view

Very clean, all the things we needed as far as dishes, soaps and bath essentials. Cable tv was great for football! Awesome shower that doubles as a steam room! Pool and hot tub were closed with very short notice, toddler wasnt happy about that. But we will definitely be back!

Great View

The space and view were great! The place was well furnished with kitchen items, a fan and humidifiers in the closet, and linens. It would have been great to know ahead of the day of check in that the condo had an outside entry up two flights of outdoor stairs. I have a hard time with the elevation, so it was difficult to climb the stairs, but I did make it. Had I been elderly or disabled and completely unable to take the stairs, I would have been stuck trying to find an accessible place to stay at the last minute and potentially been out the rental fee. The place was updated and decorated nicely, but the bed in the master bedroom was so hard that we both ended up sleeping on the couch for a night or two.
