The condo is centrally located in Dillon with plenty of parking. First floor access makes for ease of entry.

The condo is located close to several ski resorts. My kids and I went to Loveland and A-Basin. Both resorts were about a 20 minute drive. The owners were responsive and the place was quiet.

We loved staying at the condo on the lake for our Colorado skiing vacation. 5 stars all around!! It was very clean and spacious with a great layout for three adults. The condo was in the perfect location for exploring the four epic mountains of Beaver Creek, Vail, Breck and Keystone - the latter being the quickest and easiest to get to without our own transportation. We also loved the town of Dillon and the convenience of being close to the bus stop. Jonell and Dean were also super quick to respond to questions we had, and were very friendly.We highly recommend the condo, and will be sure to stay again for our next ski trip!

Communication with the owners were great. The unit was clean and sufficient cooking equipment, etc. The cons were you entered the unit thru the 2nd bedroom and the fireplace was electric. Neither were evident in the description or pictures. A bit on the pricey side. Other than that it was close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to several ski resorts. The option for late check out is a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The view of Dillon Lake and the mountains was amazing. It’s close to great restaurants and shopping. It was a short drive to Copper Mountain for 2 days of skiing. We highly recommend this condo and would love to come back and stay again.

This condo faces directly onto the lake and the million dollar views are stunning, especially sunrises over the mountains. The unit itself has recently been upgraded with new wide plank wood flooring, new kitchen appliances and upgraded lighting throughout. We had absolutely no issues with anything during our stay. The Host was most responsive and very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay due to weather. We were here to ski and had only a short drive to Breck, Keystone and Copper. It’s very convenient to any kind of restaurant you’re looking for and also close to a grocery store. I would definitely plan a return stay here.

When I write a review I write from the perspective of a mom with kids ages 6 & 9. This is a wonderful place to stay with kids. The outdoor pool is heated & the hot tub waterfalls into the pool! I dislike sitting in an indoor pool area, so an outdoor heated pool was a must! The next best thing was walking (maybe 3 minutes) to the park so the kids could play on the playground. And to make it even more fun, a few steps away from the playground is the marina where we got snow cones! The kids room had bunk beds that were both double/full size with a smart TV. My husband & sat out on the patio every chance we got because the view of the lake surrounded by mountains never got old. We met several people that own condos in this complex and they were sooo nice! Our kids made friends with their kids & played out in the green space. It was a quiet complex - the loudest noise was the garbage truck! Seriously, so peaceful. We could hear the concerts at the amphitheater (part of the park we walked to), but that was a perk! The kids room is on the opposite side of the unit, so it didn’t bother them & the concerts stop at 10:00pm anyway. The last thing I want to review is the kitchen. It had a huge workspace with a all brand new appliances & the pans & knives were good quality. We stay in condos when we travel so we can eat meals at home, and this kitchen set up was great! If you’re staying on a Friday, then walk a few blocks to the Farmer’s Market! This property is the BEST location.

This place is a great spot to stay if visiting the surrounding ski resorts. There was enough room inside for everyone to hang out and watch tv or eat at the table. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was so nice at the end of the day.
