"Mona was quite a host for our booking and was very friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had an issue about the main entrance door, after we had after checked-in. I had to wait for other people to access the building as the owner did not provide the key. "

"The rooms are modern, spacious and have everything you need for modern serviced apartment. There is an Aldi, fast food shop and department store within 5mins walk. There are bus stops in 2mins walk or walk 11mina to Altstetten train station. Easy to check in and out as long as you have a phone and they stores luggage so I could explore and put them in my room when it was ready."

"Når man bestiller gjennom hotels.com får de ikke mailadresse eller annen kontaktinfo, så jeg måtte selv ringe Numa for å få mailen jeg skulle hatt med innsjekkingsinfo. Dette er et leilighetshotell uten resepsjon. Rommet/leiligheten var helt topp. Et stort bad, er lite kjøkken med absolutt alt jeg trengte, stoler og bord både inne og på balkongen. Matbutikker, restauranter og cafeer like ved og perfekt beliggenhet. De vaska ikke på den fem dagene jeg var der og det var helt greit. Jeg kunne...

"We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door. "

"20 minuten lopen van stad centrum. Appartement is goed, schoon en een goede basis voor overnachting. Geen receptie, maar goede communicatie hoe er te komen en het appartement te betreden. Goede ervaring!"

"The hotel rooms are really well kept and amenities in top condition. There are plenty of free snacks, coffee and cold beverages drinks including beer. The hotel’s back and side alleys area is bit rough but that can be avoided by sticking to the front street and walking straight to the main train station. There are noisy bars and nightclubs nearby but it didn't bother us because there was a good cooling fan and we closed the window shutters."
