"オンラインチェックインを事前にしていましたが、部屋のアクセスキーの設定が間違っており、ホテルへ入れたものの部屋に入ることができませんでした。いろいろな媒体でメッセージを送るも1時間以上返信がなく、こちらから電話してアクセスキーの設定をしてもらえたようで、到着から1時間以上してようやく部屋に入れました。 海外旅行だと気軽に電話することができないので、ホテルに管理人がいないのならばメッセージですぐに連絡をとれるよう体制を整えるべきです。部屋は綺麗でしたが、非常に最悪な旅の始まりになりました。"

The staff have been amazing, helping with transportation, advice and support for our final couple of days in Switzerland. The location is brilliant for the airport, tram into Geneva and bus routes. The apartment was super clean, with everything you would need, and we would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a fantastic based, next to the airport and want the flexibility of travelling into the heart...

"Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so toll war, war es ein extrem schickes Apartment mit allen Extras. Am besten bringt dich selber Nespresso Kapseln mit, damit man morgens einen guten Kaffee hat. Parken in der Tiefgarage war recht teuer aber wir haben uns auf den Außen Stellplatz gestellt, das hat nur die Hälfte gekostet. Die Lage ist ideal, um alle Pässe mit dem Bike in einer Woche abzuarbeiten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Overall the rooms are quite as shown in the pictures, ok kitchen, bathroom & closet bed. The unsafeness of area, issues with door code and having to sleep with earbuds lowers my grade. Easy to walk to city center and ok public transport as well coming near the location. It was positive to have an ac machine that cools the room, but since it was not integrated, made lot of noise and was put to window so you can't close it, it made sleeping without earplugs impossible due to constant noise coming...
