"Ich hatte grosse Probleme mit der Türoffnung sodass ich um 01.30 Uhr an die Reception musste um ein Karte zu verlangen. Nach dem dies erledigt war, musste ich feststellen, dass das Zimmer Arschkalt war, die Heizung nicht funktionierte und ein Fenster sich nicht schliessen konnte (Defekt). Also ging ich nochmals an die Reception um ein anderes Zimmer zu verlangen. Leider vergebens, denn es waren keine weiteren Zimmer verfügbar. Also habe ich einen kleinen Offen erhalten (Notlösung). "The nighttime desk clerk wasn’t super friendly and, during our time there, often left the desk unattended. The morning desk clerk was much more personable, present, and helpful. We had an issue with some of the power in our room on our arrival and it took some cajoling to get the clerk to take a look (maintenance was gone for the day).
