"This is a beautiful place within 10-15 mins boat ride from the lagoons. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. The only complaint was a bit of rain coming through the roof at times of heavy rain. Staff cannot be more accommodating, friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome and right at home. "Big Paul’s is the place to be in El Nido - we didn’t know what to expect and opted for a private twin room with for £15 each Free rum and coke - for 3 hours Copious free shots - made by Paul himself Loads of other amazing backpackers from around the world Free breakfast and just everyone is so nice! 5 mins in a tricycle from El Nido town centre Bike rental yards away Can’t fault it one bit - we only wish we could have stayed longer (my liver probs couldn’t take it though)"

"This place is beautiful. The staff was amazing, very kind and friendly. They do everything they can to help you however they can. Our hut or housing was very nice and on the porch was 2 comfortable chairs and a hammock which was a very nice touch. Some people were saying that the water for showers were cold and my girl did too, but i just left it running for a couple minutes and it heated right up and stayed that way. "Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa bellissima struttura. L’accesso è tramite la spiaggia - cosa che all’inizio suonava un po’ strana, ma in realtà è bellissimo. Il team è molto disponibile ad aiutare con il trasporto dei bagagli. Ci sono diversi gradini senza ascensore per raggiungere le camere, ma lo sforzo viene ricambiato da una bella vista. "The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room initially assigned to me the aircon wasn’t working properly. The maintenance crew arrived very quickly and assessed the issue. The management decided to change our room rather than us wait the two hours for repairs. We really appreciated their efforts to ensure our comfort. No issues with anything else"

"Very clean! Very kind staff. Good food, breakfast and drinks. Nice pool. They have a private beach called Papaya Beach, a very clean one too. The ride to the private beach is free with a great tour guide. The beach has great spot for snorkeling. I highly highly recommend this place! "
