"We used this property as our first and last night in Italy. Worked well for our travel in and out of Naples. Anna was extremely accommodating and friendly. No towels at all provided! He pretends 20€ per person for a towel! No cleaning and no use of the jacuzzi included when Booking with Expedia so be aware!!! At the time of check out he put the music at the entrance really crazy high volume to wake you up as you can read on other reviews. All room where empty, i got there...

"Room was in good condition but I didnot know it was underground with only half a window. No staff was on site the whole time and only communicated through whatsapp. The check in process was complicated. "

"We loved this spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter! Yuri was super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for a family of 4. We were right next to restaurants and shopping as well as the port for ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The bathroom was huge and there were 2 small balconies. It was a wonderful spot- would stay there again!"

My one and only negative observation “no matter how hard I tried the Breakfast Cheff can not execute a perfect fried or poached egg.
