"The Lodge felt like it could be a great place, but couldn't be bothered. Most staff seemed bored, and not actively involved in managing the place. The description of this place sounds wonderful and passionate! It felt, at best forlorn and neglected. Did something go wrong here? "

"Gorgeous view, very friendly and helpful staff, clean & comfortable. A great way to beat the summer heat and a short walk to the attractions in Mcleodganj (such as Dalai Lama's Residence), shops, and restaurants. "

"Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided...

"The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

"well, the property is high in hilltop, difficult to travel in car and high altitude walk if once fancies them. The food is extravagant variety of dishes served, and staff service is good. the hotel is good too only the problem came in the form of using toiletry facilities. The waterspout was agonizingly like a machine gun, painful indeed if you get the drift, hence 3 stars. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at Buddha's Abode. They had only just opened last year and it is pleasing to see an additional floor has opened up. The views of the mountains are the best in Mcleod Ganj and the location is fantastic for all that the area has to offer. The staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly, and really made my stay even better than expected. I would absolutely stay here again and I would highly recommend due to the great location and amazing nights sleep on a...
