Adorable 4 bedroom beach home, 2 blocks from award winning Dewey beach

This charming four bedroom, two full bath beach house is ideally located between Dewey and Rehoboth Beach, just 2 blocks from the beach and Rehoboth bay making it easy to enjoy a day soaking up the sun and playing in the waves, paddle boarding, kayaking or boating. Park your cars in the abundant parking area and let them stay there while you walk to everything this resort area has to offer.

After your day in the sun and waves, easily rinse off the salt and sand in the oversized outdoor shower and relax on the patio.

It's an easy walk to the restaurants, events, and nightlife in Dewey; or ride your bikes through the quiet streets past Silver Lake into Rehoboth for dinner, amusement rides, or stroll the boardwalk. The Jolly Trolley is always an option with a pick-up location only one block away and Uber/Lift is also available.


The air-conditioned house, features a large open plan kitchen, family room, and dining area and has all the amenities needed to ensure your vacation stay is perfect. There is a fully-stocked kitchen, large dining room and a living room with oversized couch that also can be used as an additional Queen bed, 2 Large 50" smart TVs stream all your favorite entertainment and Wi-Fi internet to stay connected while you're away. You may want to enjoy some outside evening time in the fenced in yard with ample seating and lighting or people watch on the front deck. Tucked away off the kitchen you'll find a full sized washer and dryer.

Great Place and Location

Me and my group of friends had a great time at this house! The location was perfect for walking to the beach or into Dewey for food/drinks. The house matched the online listing perfectly and the owner made check -in process very easy and stress free. Thanks for hosting us!

Needs a lot of cleaning and repairs

We arrived in August 2024 with 5 adults. This place needs a lot of work. The walls were dirty, are in need of significant repair and painting. Same with the floor trim. Very dirty. The pots and pans were extremely old and very worn. The teflon coating was half gone and not safe for cooking. The toilet overflowed and we had to call the properrty owner, Rebecca, who was very nice and called a plumber immediately. Needless to say, I had to scrub and disinfect the bathroom floor. (Just what I wanted to do.) The blinds were ripped and coming apart on the windows. The thermostat battery was low and the filter was filthy in the AC and therefore was not cooling the house properly. The furniture and beds were extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for five grown adults. The pillows were flat and the blankets were old and thin. There is mold in the bathroom between the floor and shower. I expected more for 4K for five nights. Not like home for sure. Location was good. Would not rebook, not worth the money.

Girls Trip

Our stay overall was great! Location was within walking distance from everything. The bedroom set ups were not accurate however it did still sleep 12. The living room TV was broken when we arrived but we contacted the owner and we moved a bedroom tv there instead which worked great!

Excellent location and property

This is the second year my friends and I stayed in this house and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean and close to the beach, restaurants, and bars in Dewey. Great backyard for hangout and grilling! Thanks for having us again!

First time using Vrbo and had a wonderful stay. Communication with Host was easy with quick responses. She made me feel like we were her quests. My husband and I traveled with our son, daughter and grandchildren. We were able to check in early complimentary after our 7 hour drive. The house is lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the 10 of us & a nice porch area with outdoor shower. Great experience!

Rent it! You'll be happy you did!

Great house only a couple blocks from Dewey & quick drive to Boardwalk/ Rehobeth. Showers were great. Comfortable living room. Nice patio area. Many updates to house & well stocked to make it great for family & friends to have comfortable stay. Little bit of sand on floors when we arrived but we probably brought in more! Great rental overall!

Wonderful location- Would recommend

Upon walking in, our first impression was pleasantly surprised- the house definitely presents better in person than in the pictures. The location is within walking distance to both the beach, and bars/restaurants. There is a produce place right across the street that offered fresh fruits and veggies, ice, as well as delicious iced coffees. It accommodated our large group of 8 adults nicely. The backyard area was adorable and spacious. We loved the large dining table and the washer/dryer was convenient! A few things that disappointed us were the quality of the cleaning service and the loud road (if you’re a light sleeper) We did notice hair left in the shower, several empty trash wrappers, empty Gatorade bottles in the bedrooms, crumbs in the living room rug and ants in one of the bedrooms. We did wish that the house had been more throughly cleaned before arrival. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Our only complaint is really the cleanliness of the property. Thank you for letting us stay in your home :)

Rehoboth Beach House

The owner mentioned being new to VRBO so hopefully as she has more renters, the experience will improve. The house itself was quaint and good for a large family. Proximity to the beach was nice. However, the listing did not mention being directly next to a busy road which is a safety concern for families with young children. Regarding the listing’s accuracy, the listing states an outdoor shower, which was inoperable due to a leak. The owner failed to mention that fact until asked during our stay. Communication with the owner was not timely leading up to the stay and upon arrival, access instructions were not provided in a timely manner. The owner required the guest to initiate contact on day of check-in rather than providing instructions on the day of arrival via the VRBO app as most do. Of particular note, during the stay, the fire alarms began to go off in the middle of the night due to low batteries, we attempted to contact the owner, but did not receive a reply. At check-out, we sent a note to the owner to confirm our departure and still have not received a response. Additionally, the check-out instructions were quite detailed and required guests to leave the home spotless despite (1) guests paying for a cleaning crew in the reservation and (2) the rental was not clean to the owner’s specifications upon checkin. Cleaning supplies were not provided and most appeared to have been left by previous guests. Finally, ants were additional and unwelcome guests in one of the bedrooms and the dresser drawers were so dirty that a previous guest had lined them with paper towels. If improvements are made, this property has the potential to be a good rental.
