"Lovely old building but in need of general updating. Grounds and gardens lovely and very well kept with easy access to the river for walks. We booked ‘Deluxe’ double room but nothing like the publicity photos, comfortable enough though. "

"Popped down for a 3 night stay after having a hand operation. It was a really good idea as it stopped me trying to do anything I shouldn’t have been doing and it gave my husband time to spend with me as opposed to having to run around for me. Staff as usual friendly, helpful and wonderful!"

"The service was amazing, as was the amazing food and generous portions. The ambience was great too, including the music! The room was clean and cozy, and the velux windows were a lifesaver at night. Though the area can be a little noisy at night. Great location if you're planning to do the Four Waterfalls walk."

"really lovely place to stay. Warm welcome, huge bedroom with wonderful large bed, bathroom had bath and over shower which was great. Spotlessly clean. Good bar/eating area. Very impressed with the beer garden and lovely terraced area to sit out. Staff were excellent - very polite and attentive"

"Fabulous stay at this gorgeous BnB with charming hosts. Loved the spacious ensuite room with soaking tub. Breakfast was perfect and the shared living space (with breathtaking Brecon Beacon views) was so comfortable that H enjoyed posting up there for work. Would love to return for a longer (than 2 night) visit and check out more of the hundreds of nearby hikes. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Mill at Glynhir. The location is stunningly beautiful and so peaceful. Matt and Helen were superb hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, their attention to detail is second to none as everything you need is provided. Breakfast was first class, with delicious local produce, and the amenities were exceptional. A perfect countryside retreat that we would highly recommend! "Nice hotel in Llanwrytd Wells. We stayed here for one night for a wedding. The staff were great and service fantastic. The hotel is quirky in terms of decor but clean and comfortable with everything you need. Free parking is always a bonus as was the nice breakfast. The in-house brewery was a nice addition and the beer was great. Would definitely recommend!"
