"The roomy smelled of mold. Turning on the AC did not alleviate the odor. I should’ve asked for a different room but it was late and I hope for better the next morning. Instead I started to get lightheaded, dizzy with head congestion. I thought I was coming down with sickness so I went to bed early. The neat morning, the toilet did not flush properly. "Staff was unable to get room cleaned, the sheets were changed once during our 7 day stay. Staff had two answers: 1) The sheets are changed every three days-Lie. 2) Staff said they were short handed- unverifiable. The trash in room was never removed. Had to request towels every day!!! Left a large pile of towels in bathroom due to lack of cleaning crew! I want a refund!"

"Staff was friendly, room was neat and clean. The breakfast however..didnt look appealing. We came down for breakfast at 8am and the eggs and patatoes were dried out and looked like they were sitting for quite a few hours and there weren't hardly any left in the trays as well. The rest of the breakfast items were good to go. Still give 5 stars for the fact that the room was amazing. "

"Clean room. Nice staff. Shower had good pressure. We had breakfast off the menu, which was fine. Hot tub wasn't very hot. We were in room 331 which is on the interstate side, but the furnace fan did a good job of drowning out the noise. Would stay again."

"The whole stay was horrible. Housekeeping never came the entire stay and cleaned the room .I slept in the same sheets and blankets I did when I first stayed there . I had to do most of the cleaning myself. And there were bugs we got bit by and we constantly had to go to the front desk for towels and cups and such "

"A very nice hotel, in a great location. Clean, and newer-looking. Just bring your own pillow. The pillows are terrible. The pillow is like a cloud that disappears when you lay on them. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here, again. Friendly staff. "

"Fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc for breakfast was a nice change from meat and eggs. Hotel was very clean and staff were nice. Beds were comfortable, we slept well. Rooms could use a microwave."
