Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in down town Plymouth. Great for a corporate traveler, couple or single traveler. This private 1 bedroom apartment features full bath, 60 inch tv and a kitchenette with coffee maker, mini fridge and Ninja foodie cooker. This is a small but cozy unit across from old town and a 10 minute walk to downtown. The charm of Plymouth includes a train nearby .Private entrance. Building has a office and another 1 bedroom apartment rented separately if needed.

This apartment was just right for me: bed and shower were excellent, great kitchen, too! The location is on a main road so getting places was easy, yet it wasn't very noisy from traffic. FYI, it is in a house with another apartment above which I couldn't tell from the description. Totally recommend!

It was excellent! Information was clear precisely printed and easy to use! The VRBO is wonderful! It is clean and designed very well! My father and his wife stayed there while they visited us for 3 weeks and they were so happy with it. If we ever had a question we could text John and he would quickly let us know! Highly recommend this VRBO!!!!!

Had a great stay at John’s! Super convenient location with easy walkable access to downtown. Plenty of parking space off street which was helpful with our rental car. It was also very clean!

I highly recommend this space! This was my 3rd time staying. It is always super clean, has great parking, and is close to downtown Plymouth. The host communicates well and is responsive. In fact, on this trip, due to plane delays & my own mistake, I had to wake up the host in the middle of the night for help. I had obviously woke him up, but he was courteous and quickly solved my dilemma.

We needed a place mostly to sleep since we were busy all weekend with plans. The unit was in a convenient location, very clean, and had easy access and parking. It is suited for our type of stay and we appreciated the efficiencies around booking and checking in/out.

Short and Sweet

I came to Plymouth cuz I had to work in town and I live on the other side of the state. I needed a place that felt secure for a single female and this place did that it was better than staying in a little hotel room I could be comfortable and I felt safe in the neighborhood thfromsleeping

Michigan Return

My wife and I stayed in unit #1 and it was perfect for a long weekend. Close to Northville (which is my wife's hometown) and close to Ann Arbor where we attended the Michigan Football Game on Saturday. Great place to stay. Only issue is the TV takes about 20 min. to warm up before coming on permanently. Besides that we had a great time. One request to the owners - A purchase of an ottoman for propping up your feet while watching TV would be fantastic. Love the place and will stay there again on our next trip to Michigan. Thanks to the owners for letting us rent your property.

Second time staying here

Just as good as the first time! Super clean, updated. Comfortable. Great location for local stuff (bars, restaurants, shops) but also freeways. Ample parking and easy access. Highly recommend whether you’re in town for business or pleasure.

First Overnight stay in Plymouth

One of the cleanest accomodations we've ever stayed in. Thoughtful details such as extra mirror outside the bathroom, clothes rack, mini fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, lamps with USB ports, awesome Sony TV, etc; very close to downtown Plymouth and reasonably priced compared to other places. Only recommendations would be blackout shades in the bedroom (somewhat bright while sleeping); a shower mat, and maybe a box of kleenex or two but trivial things compared to the overall experience; exceptional overall!
