Staff members we had joining rooms with our neighbors we had dinner and went to a concert purchased merchandise at the concert. The fridge in our room 201 was very small and so we put all of our food in the connecting room 203 our neighbors got up at 7 left the connecting door open and a do not disturb sign on the door the cleaning lady and the receptionist were both told the we had stuff in the that belonged to us the cleaning lady threw away our and tried to keep our merchandise she was very rude about it and the receptionist wasn’t as helpful especially since they were both told we had things in the room they locked the connecting door threw away our food and a poster from the concert and if I didn’t specifically say where’s our clothes they would have kept the clothes just very unprofessional attitude towards the customer I would like a full refund for our stay in room 201. I have always had a pleasant experience with the Marriott brand it’s a shame that you have people that can tarnish your brand. Please advise @your earliest convenience.
