"Overnight stay and booked two rounds of golf. Lovely setting, communal ateas and rooms are a bit tired but clean and pleasant, There was no air con in rooms and it was very warm. Our shower had a silver fish walking around in it and the basin and shower did not drain properly. The toilets in the bar upstairs also smelt awful suggesting a wider drainage issue. "Very comfortable log cabin, excellent supplies of both toiletries and breakfast goods. perfectly clean, good hot shower, set for right temperature, hurrah! Only problem was lack of WiFi. Although password given, there was no wifi to log in to."

"We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff very friendly and helpful,food excellent, room spotlessly clean, would definitely return. Only issue for me with mobility issues was climbing into big bathtub with overhead shower and no grab handle! My fault should have enquired prior to booking! Cranbrook proved to be an excellent choice for visiting many places on my 'to do' list."

"One Warwick Park is a great place to stay in Tunbridge Wells! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Parking is a bit of an issue and our bathroom was badly designed with tub and shower access a challenge. Aside from those two issues we would highly recommend OWP"

"Check-in was efficient room was on top floor within the roof, access from lift to room can be awkward as there are multiple steps. Room with single bed, mattress was bit soft but okay ensuite was good size shower was okay. Breakfast menu n food was good.. service was unclear whether it was self buffet or table service. Had to wait over 15mins before asked for Tea or coffee. Staff need better training."

"Overall a decent hotel. Cooked breakfasts were particularly nice. Delicious smoked kippers with hard boiled eggs and toast soldiers. Excellent coffee from the coffee machine. Would have liked larger portions of fruit salad and plain yogurt to be offered in breakfast buffet (was provided on request). Bed comfortable. Kettle and fridge very welcome. Room perhaps needed a little more storage space. Climbing into bath perhaps a little difficult for our height - 5 foot 6 inches. Room had air...
