"This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. Despite having a fully confirmed Expedia booking for 9 nights, my wife, two children, and I were denied check-in on arrival. We travelled all the way from London to Lagos, only to be told at the hotel that the apartment was already occupied and that no room or alternative accommodation was available.
