"Family of all ages had the most wonderful time. Huge house with everything you could need. What’s best: the location. Start and end your day on the ocean view porch. Take a walk up and down the beach. Go from private beach walk, up to the Banana Bay restaurant…eat, drink, swim, relax. Dave and Yvounger are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. "Amazing house well decorated all done taste"

"Villia Lucaya was absolutely AMAZING! From check-in to checkout, Lisa was there with all questions and request. We took our 34’ boat and had plenty of room for at least two more boats. We snorkeled in the canal, watched the sea turtles all day and loved the pool and game room when we weren’t on the boat. We stayed almost two weeks and plan to stay longer next time. "

"Miss Kay's Cottage was very spacious for the two of us. It was very clean on arrival, the kitchen worked well, the shower was excellent ,and the bed was very comfortable. The outside screened porch was a delight and the swimming pool was a major bonus.Sarah and Miss Kay were lovely hosts--friendly and always ready to respond to questions etc.The location was very good in being very close to a couple a restaurants, five minutes from the Lucaya Market Place and a short drive to beaches. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. "I would definitely recommend staying at this unit! The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the things you need for an amazing beach vacation. The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. "

"The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

"Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...
