"No WiFi as advertised - only hotspot from landlord’s phone - was informed would be available throughout stay but when landlord left property had no internet access and then refused hotspot for last 2-3 days without reason. Not in location advertised - advertised north of river in central Prayagraj but is on Arail side. Not clean.
