"Very pleasant owner and well maintained property. Very close to beach and restaurants. Property is a bit dated and could use some renovations but it is a great value and greatly situated. Uphill climb may not be suitable for some people."

"Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. But we ate dinner on the deck every night thanks to that breeze and view. Other parts of the island have stagnant air resulting in too much eat and mosquito problems. Not Cooten...

"Caroline was a great host and easy to communicate with. Property is very close to Long Bay Resort (albeit, a bit uphill). Would 100% rent here again. "

"If you are looking for a convenient, quiet location (except for the local rooster) that is literally a stone’s throw into the ocean then look no further. Communication with the owner and the property manager was super easy. Val (property manager) refused to let us schlep our bags up or down the stairs on our arrival and departure. He was easy to reach when there were any questions. Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves was the cherry on the top!"

"What a find!!! My husband and I researched many islands and many homes. We are so thankful we found this home. Ben and Jessica were amazing hosts. Home was as described, had everything we needed, plenty of towels, comfy bed. Amazing views. Love, love. Love. Also, the little things,: the icepack in the freezer - to go in cooler they provided, candles, great beachchairs, plenty of pots, pans, salt, pepper and other seasoning, oil. Just perfect. "This is undoubtably the perfect villa for a couple looking for peace and quiet and rest!! The house is ideal - well equipped and furnished, cool A/C, pool, and beautiful vegetation. The hot tub is UP the hill from the house and is like being in a tree house hot tub in a jungle. The hosts are very attentive and solved a couple of minor issues very promptly. Just can't say enough good stuff about this place. This was our 3rd or 4th time to rent Kerenza, and we'll be back again!!"

"The house was amazing and exactly as it was on the listing. You can't beat having a house with your own beach to just stroll right out into the crystal clear ocean. We rented a car so we could venture out and venture out we did. Smugglers cove was great for snorkeling as was Brewers Bay. You could snorkel right at the house, but it's mainly grassy so not many fish. I highly recommend renting a kayak and paddleboard for venturing out over the beautiful can water. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ventana! Falling asleep to the sound of the surf and waking up to birdsong was magical. The villa is well-appointed and Leo was an amazing host, gave us all the information we needed, met us at the airport, helped with our bags and groceries, gave us great contacts for boat excursions, etc. A wonderful, relaxing trip to a beautiful location!"

"Great stay from start to the end! Great location and unbeatable view. Easy access to Brewers bay and Cane Garden bay. The House was very clean and well maintained which is tough in a tropical environment. The host Tom met us in Road Town and guided us to the house, which was much appreciated! "We came as a group of 4 family/friends to enjoy the BVIs. We rented both High Tide and Spring Tide. The units were in a perfect location right on the beach. Val was there to help us at arrival and was always within a text to answer any of our questions. The units were clean and comfortable. We loved hearing the constant sounds of breaking waves. "From the moment we walked in to Limeberry Villa we were ecstatic about the location and home. Beautiful views, clean, and well-appointed. Jon and Jubi were extremely quick to respond to our questions and needs. We had one incident when an ac unit froze up in a BR and Jubi was there to fix it within 90 minutes. The location was great as well with multiple restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this villa. "
