"Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait...

The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation.
