"The hotel and staff were decent, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, our one-night stay was quite unpleasant because the AC in our room did not work at all. The room was extremely hot and humid. Three different times, technicians came to check it and told us it was fixed, but the AC never actually worked.
The food quality was also disappointing—I’d rate it around 4/10. We have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels in the U.S., and the food quality there is significantly better.
