"The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night
Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. "I rarely post but this one deserves some comments, photos do no reflect the current status of the suites. Cleanliness is very much overlooked. The room we were checked in had many issues related with cleanliness. We photographed and documented it. Staff is very cold and unfriendly. Room alternative which was offered was falsely documented as us the guest making a room a change request. In making this clever and dishonest statement in their statement we seem to not be entitled to any...

"We had a great stay. We really enjoyed being right on the water. The town is fun and waking up to beautiful sunshine and sailboats right outside the door were a great treat.
The hotel is quite dated but was very well kept and clean considering the age. Tge staff were very friendly as well. Our room had a full kitchen with: stove, oven, dishwasher and full size fridge."
