"Stayed at Nelo’s place for a weekend and it was just as advertised. Very nice basement suite. It was clean and in a great location with access to restaurants and grocery stores within a block. Perfect place for two when staying in Saskatoon. Also Nelo was very accommodating with a last minute request and communication was great "

"Tha AC quit working the second day. I sent a message to landlord but didn’t get a response. We had no hot water the second evening. We called the landlord in the morning and they sent someone out within 20 min to reset the hot water tank. But we were all ready to leave before we got hot water. Had the AC and hot water not been an issue, this would have been 5 star all the way. "

"We spent 4 days at this property and we enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable! Everything is as it looks in the pictures! Would stay there again!"

"Room was spacious. Attached bath is small but has everything necessary. Private entrance enabled 24 hour access. Host was excellent when it came to queries, even late at night. "

"Easy to access. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Lovely big bedroom with a walk in closet. Would stay again. "

"Wonderful clean house. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was set up well and the house was roomy. This vrbo was well stocked with games, tv’s and kitchen was also well equipped. "

"Clean and well equipped. The only issue was the mattress. Could use an upgrade from the bouncy old style with foam topper. Toilet is not secured to the floor properly, but owner may not be aware. It's a little rocky. Very convenient location close to stores and restaurants in a new development. Would stay again, if mattress was replaced (not good for folks with back issues). Also, a couple more pillows that are a little less lofted would be good. "

"The property was as advertised on line. Beds were very comfortable. Hostess was very helpful when we required help. Kitchen appliances were in good condition. Parking was fine and property was in an area near where our activity was. Neighborhood was peaceful. The kitchen was very well stocked with condiments and other supplies. Our only concerns were with the number of kitchen chairs which was rectified by host very quickly. The only other suggest would be a few towel bars in the bathrooms ...

"Great experience at check-in and with the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel. Our flight arrived super late and we didn't arrive until after 4:00 a.m. The only area of opportunity is for staff to check who has a late check-out time before calling the room! We had a late check-out approved for 12:30 p.m. and the front desk was called us and woke us up."
