"I had a wonderful 7-night stay at Sunset Plaza and would definitely recommend it. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the surrounding area felt safe and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable from the very beginning. They met us on our first night, made sure we were comfortable, provided some useful information about the area, and even helped us get a few things we requested during our stay. Their hospitality throughout the visit really made us feel at...

"Overall, the resort was okay, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. However, there are a few areas that could definitely use improvement. My biggest issue was the food. The buffet had a variety of items, but they often felt random and didn’t really go together, pancakes in one section and curry chicken in another. Because the options were limited, we mostly stuck to the fresh food stations, like the omelet and pasta stations. We really enjoyed the food at Nibbles, but the menu never changed....

"Rooms were keep clean always, staff most of them friendly, breakfast was not the greatest some of the things I ordered were not available. Management was great."

"Everything at this resort was excellent l still can’t believe this place had 4 beautiful pools. My hubby is telling me to book a reservation for next year already."

"I have stayed at the hotel several times and I have even had a yearly not for profit functions held at the hotel for two years, which were beautiful. This time, clearly it was not the same. The room had roaches crawling in the bathroom tub and sink. My husband went to complain to management and instead of providing a better room, after waiting a day, we were given a room that was 1/2 as small as what we had. There was construction going on the site and therefore there was no entertainment. ...

"Great overall experience."

"I loved EVERYTHING about this property!"

"If you have ever been to Cancun, and loved the service from the staff. Don't go to Grenada. The island itself is a sorry crumbling infrastructure I would expect in a much poorer country. Coyaba Beach resort gets 2 stars..one for the best beach I have ever walked on, and 2 for the best ocean swim I've ever had. The stuff they had nothing to do with ! This place is well passed its lifetime. The Garden was beautiful, but the food sucked..bad. NO INDOOR DINING ! 12 degrees from the equator...I...

"Good staff, good property. Convenient walk to the beach and restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Not your average eggs and bacon, you get many options. The one thing I have a complaint about is the shower was not all that it’s like a rain shower head and the faucet had broke so I couldn’t manage the temperature. I did not complain to the staff about it bc it wasn’t a deal breaker I just dealt with it and the water was warm. If you use all the coffee pods in the room they will charge...

"Great staff"

"The hotel is centrally located. Beach is within walking distance, as well as to local restaurants, evening entertainment and grocery stores, and access to local transportation is very convenient. The size of the room is good, and it had a balcony so the view of the beach is excellent. Air conditioner worked well. Now, the negatives for the price paid for one week stay, the only amenities worth speaking about is the balcony and the air conditioning. On checking in and going to the room, the...

"I was disappointed with the breakfast service during my stay. The selection was extremely limited and lacked freshness."

"The property is right on a small, secluded & relatively quiet beach. It’s a smaller hotel, and we were there during slow season so it was very quiet. The food was a bit inconsistent. Sometimes service was really slow (like an hour from the time we ordered to when we got the food) and other times it was super fast. The fish & chicken options were consistently good. I’m guessing they had minimal staff due to it being slow season. Overall, it was a great affordable option away from the busy Grand...
