"The hotel was in a safe, quiet area of Cayala however the bathroom had a sewer smell; we had to request to be moved to a different floor, it took a bit of borderline argument to get them to move us. We had the 1 bedroom loft which was nice but we could’ve liked a little more space. Also when I booked I was under the understanding that the “host” will meet us at Ck in and that I would get an email with Ck in information when in reality they have staff member at the front counters 24 hrs. "

"La habitación estaba ordenada, pero me tocó la 101 y desprendía la coladera un olor un poco desagradable, como sugerencia creo q una tapa plástica sería buena opción para tapar la coladera de la regadera, las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros y tampoco las puertas están protegidas en la parte de abajo por lo q la primer noche entró una cuca q venía de la parte trasera, la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado solo un ventilador pequeño que estaba sucio. "Loved it here! Super cheap price and you get amazing customer service and a HUGE room. We had 4 beds (two double, two twin) AND a kitchenette. The shower had amazing water pressure. They are labeled as apartment-hotels I believe, and it lived up to its description. The breakfast was INCLUDED. It was absolutely delicious and their dining area was so beautiful.
