"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never."

"Positieve ervaring met twee min punten, nl. de verwarming op de badkamer stond d veel te hoog en kon niet afgezet worden. Er was nergens in de buurt, maar dan ook nergens een plaats waar we konden een ontbijt kopen. "

"City Residence provides excellent value. We had a full apartment, with kitchen, living area and bedroom. Staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, a five minute walk to the centre of the old city with a rich choice of grocery stores, cafes, bars and restaurants."

"Lejlighed er flot og bærer præg af at det er nyt og moderne. Eneste problem er at der er meget lyt. Man kan høre alt fra gangen og omkringliggende værelser. Vi var på 101. Indendørs SPA var flot og i god stand. 3 forskellige jacuzzi og 2 saunaer. Byen har sin egen flotte markante byggestil som ApartHotel også er opført i. Hyggeligt nede i byen, men der er et stykke vej."
