"Great hotel.. it was very clean. Staff we good, would have been nice to help with my suitcases but it's fine. I enjoyed the stay."

"Always a nice stay. Best hotel in the area"

"Excellent service, very nice room, delicious breakfast"

"Very good and plan to go again"

"Most importantly.. KING SIZED bed! Rainfall shower, spacious room. Incredible breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Bryce even remembered my name on only a 2 day stay. Convenient to walk into BGC shopping and restaurants. Quiet. Safe and Secure property. Laundry service is available and modestly priced. A good value for what we all had washed and cleaned. WiFi was strong. Only knock is that Netflix is not available in the room. YouTube is so we were able to still watch things."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Concierge and housekeeping were awesome. Wish they had sauna."

"Everything is 10 out of 10 stay. However, outdated carpet which makes it smell weird."

"Clean room. Very accommodating staff. Easy checkin and out. Daily sheet changes. Good location"

"Very nice as always"

"Our stay was excellent."

"Room was clean, modern, comfortable, not overly done. Staff from the shuttle drivers, check in , room attendants, various others were first class. Property is well laid out, easy to navigate. Not a big gambler, however, loved how the games were spread out throughout the property, not warehoused in one area…..easier for the non smoker."

"I would like to note that I requested housekeeping services three times before the request was fulfilled, which resulted in a regrettable disruption to our schedule."

"Its been a while since we last stayed in this hotel. And a lot has changed! The bed is sooooo comfortable! This is definitely the kind of hotel you want to spend a week or 2 in. Highly recommend the one-bedroom suite. Looking forward to our next stay. :)"
