The owners refunded the difference to us, and we liked the hotel so much that we stayed three days longer. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. "We chose this because we heard Siem Reap (SR) had become a mad house (it has in parts). GVV is a beautiful oasis. There are only four villas, each are two floor, architecturally fun, 2BR/2.5BA. Grounds and pool beautifully landscape. Staff great. But it is too far to walk to SR, which isn’t really a big deal given super cheap tuktuks. "

"I tried to contact the host multiple times but received no response. On the day and time of check-in, I discovered that the property had been closed for a long time. As a result, my group had to find alternative accommodations. Thanks to the excellent support from the VRBO team, I was able to secure a refund.
