Despite being located in one of the liveliest areas of La Paz, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to sleep well. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. "The bathroom waste can had trash in it. The room had to plug in kerosene heater. Listing says ceiling fan in every room but ours did not. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was OK, its free, but food in area cheap especially with exchange rate to US dollars. Older building in nice condition, just not sound proof. Overall for money not bad just letting you know what to expect."
