"This is an amazing hotel conveniently located and with beautiful views of the mountains and the city. We stayed for only 2 nights and I wish we could’ve had more time to stay longer and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to the ladies Ivy and My of the front desk, who were very attentive, friendly and helpful. I plan to come back to Sa Pa and stay in this beautiful hotel again. "

"Hôtel is clean. It’s a bit away from the loud area - about 10 min walking distance. Facilities are just as seen in the picture. Good spa and gym. Very good breakfast- but very busy especially when they open in am. The best part about the hotel is gorgeous view of Fansipan mountain and Sapa. Would stay again"

"The most wonderful experience staying at Sapa Clay House..is truly is a mountain retreat. After a busy few days we enjoyed the kindness of everyone in this family run retreat. They were so attentive and helpful and spoke English very well. The views from our room were incredible and everything from the bed linen to bathroom amenities are luxurious. "For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!).
