"The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do. "

"De accommodatie ziet er geweldig uit met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen! Het terrein is op een berg gebouwd. Het bestaat uit meerdere bouwen die volledig in dezelfde style zijn. Ook de tuinen en de padden zijn mooi en netjes met hier en daar een fontein en een waterloop. Alles past goed bij elkaar en is het een mooi geheel. "Such a wonderful resort with amazing views of Sapa. A must stay if you are here. You will not regret it! The breakfast buffet is delicious and the infinity pool is awesome. The staff members Louis and Lilia were fantastic, kind, and helpful. I totally recommend this place."

"A truly first class fantastic experience at this property. Excellent service from the front desk to the restaurants to the service staff all throughout. Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!"

"The property was a tropical oasis. The room was gorgeous and the bed super comfortable. Loved soaking in the tub! The location was above town but an easy walk and quick cab ride home. I highly recommend this place! "

"Had amazing 3 days stay at Eden. Place is conveniently located, facilities is well maintained and clean. Breakfast is nice, serving hot pho, omelette. Most unforgettable is staff! We had two birthdays among the group and the thoughtful hotel staff not just helped to order in cakes, one for gal, one for guy but went the extra mile to prepare party hats and utensils!"

"Such helpful staff. Beautiful facilities - the buildings, gardens, paths, rooms, cups in the rooms, the fitout of the bathrooms. Everything was gorgeous. The views over the surrounding valley were so serene. Fabulous place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa township. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!).
