It has everything you can think of: kettle, skincare set, toothpaste and toothbrush kit, hairbrush, refreshening spray for clothes. Shower was lovely and spacious. Close to metro stations and shops. The staff was lovely and very helpful in managing to send our luggages to the following hotel."

"We accidentally went to the other Forza 1 not knowing there was another with the same name but II at the end of the name. Fortunately it was close by. Maybe a warning to future visitors to be aware of the forza I and Forza II. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay with it being close to the station and great restaurants. "

"The staff was very cordial and helpful during our week’s stay at the Tokyu Stay Tenjin. For example, we had an issue with the AC, and they sent a staff up immediately to resolve the problem. Love the washer/dryer in the unit. We would definitely return in the future, The hotel is very convenient to the “city center”, within walking distance to many eateries, convenience stores, and especially Don Quixote ( popular discount store)."

"Room was clean and staff was helpful. However something worth mentioning the rooms are tiny and there’s a hallway light which is basically next to the bed that is automatic. So anytime you need to use the bathroom at night or you moved too harsh it would turn on in the middle of the night. It takes 10 min for it to shut back off which was frustrating.
